WATCHDOG Safety Summit - Empowerment Self Defense (NEW!)
Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD) is a holistic, trauma-informed approach to self-defense. ESD aims to empower and give individuals the power to choose how to respond to dangerous situations without judgment or victim-blaming. It empowers individuals to be in command of their mind, body, and spirit. It teaches that we are allowed to live our lives boldly and freely without fear.
A cost of $10* covers participation in the WATCHDOG Safety Summit. This is a non-refundable fee. No prior martial arts or self-defense experince is needed.
*Due to a generous donation from the Michael R. Avila Scholarship, a limited number of $10 (full cost) scholarships are available. Please contact Kathy Yarmo at kyarmo@csufresno.edu for further information.
