What is Vintage Days?

 Vintage Days is Fresno State's largest student-planned celebration which attracts over 50,000 community members to campus for three days of entertainment, excitement and fun for all ages! The annual festival started in 1975 and combines social, cultural, and recreational activities into an action-packed weekend.

When does Vintage Days take place?

 Vintage Days typically takes place the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the 3rd week in April (i.e. April 20–22, 2018; April 26–28, 2019; April 17–19, 2020).

I am a Fresno State student, how can I help plan Vintage Days?

 Applications to join our team open in February at www.fresnostate.edu/leaveyourmark and are due in March. (Applications to plan Vintage Days 2019 were due March 1, 2018; applications for Vintage Days 2020 will open in February 2019.) Students who missed the deadline are encouraged to email VDDirector@mail.fresnostate.edu to express their interest!

Who plans Vintage Day?

 Vintage Day is an entirely student-planned event that is sponsored by our community partners!

Who is invited to attend Vintage Day?

 Vintage Day is open to the public and people of all ages are welcome to attend.

How much is parking?

 Campus parking (fees) are not enforced during Vintage Days!

How much does admission cost?

 Vintage Days is admission free!

How can I volunteer at Vintage Days?

 Fresno State students can sign up to volunteer by contacting our Volunteer Coordinator at VDVolunteers@mail.fresnostate.edu; assistance is needed throughout the weekend in Operations, Kid's Zone, Concerts, and more!

If I am a student organization, how can I fundraise at Vintage Days?

 Recognized student clubs or organizations can apply to run a food or game booth during the weekend at Vintage Days. Applications are typically due the 3rd week of February to Student Involvement, and in the 1st week of March a lottery/raffle will occur to see who will get a booth, and what they will be allowed to sell. We also have a paid Work Crew that recognized clubs and organizations can sign up for. The Work Crew helps with traffic operations, 3-Compartment sinks, and more. This application typically opens early February and shifts are announced early March.

Who hosts the food booths for this event?

 The majority of food booths at Vintage Days are allocated to recognized student organizations on campus which provides important fundraising opportunities to these groups. Third-party vendor booths also provide different foods to give variety to Vintage Days as a whole.

Are pets allowed at Vintage Days?

No animals (except service animals with vests) are allowed on campus during Vintage Days and people with pets may be escorted from the event.

Where are the designated smoking areas on campus?

Fresno State and Vintage Days are 100% smoke and tobacco-free.

How do I become a third party food vendor?

Vintage Days hosts a variety of third-party businesses and organizations who wish to host activities and gain exposure at our annual festival that attracts over 50,000 visitors.

How do I become a Crafts Faire Vendor?

Crafts Faire applications are typically due at the end of January for that year's Vintage Days. You must mail in the application and the non refundable application fee by the due date, you will get confirmation 4-6 weeks after the due date if you are approved to be a Craft Fair Vendor.
