Request for Hold on Student Record

 

A hold requires a student to satisfy a specific requirement. Please complete the information below to request the creation of a hold. During this process a review will be conducted to see if a similar hold exists and can be modified, or if a new hold is warranted and needs to be created.

The reviews will be conducted by the Holds Committee, which has representatives from the Registrar's Office, University Advising, Accounting Services, and University Scheduling Office.  You will be notified via email once your request has been approved or denied.
