Summer 2020 CR/NC Request
Attention Fresno State Students:
As mentioned in the email you received on Friday, June 5, 2020 from Provost Saul Jimenez-Sandoval and Acting VP of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management Carolyn Coon, Fresno State has extended their grading accommodation changes through Summer 2020. All undergraduate and graduate students will be eligible to petition to have their letter grades converted to CR/NC grading based on the charts below.
For some students, it is important to understand that a CR/NC option can impact their long-term financial aid. Please review the FAQ before submitting the request. Connecting to an advisor is critical throughout this process. If you have questions, or if you are unclear as to what impact CR/NC may have on future semesters, please reach out to your college advising center.
Students can choose on a course-by-course basis which courses they would like to convert to a CR/NC grade. Prior to submitting your request, you should review the list of courses that have opted-out of allowing students to request a CR/NC grade.
