Spring 2021 CR/NC

Attention Fresno State Students:

The deadline to change your course(s) grading option for spring 2021 in your student center has now passed.  To request a late grading option change, please submit a Petition using our online form.

NOTE:  You will receive an email with a decision in 3-5 business days.  However, the change will NOT be processed until the week of May 31st, 2021.

All courses listed on the opt-out list will not be approved for CR/NC grading.

For some students, it is important to understand that a CR/NC option can impact their long-term financial aid. Please review the FAQ before submitting the new grading option. Connecting to an advisor is critical throughout this process. If you have questions, or if you are unclear as to what impact CR/NC may have on future semesters, please reach out to your college advising center.

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT COURSES

Remains an I Grade on your transcript until your final grade is issued.  It will then be converted at that time.

Please note that some courses require a letter grade for accreditation and/or certification purposes. Prior to submitting your request, you should review the list of courses that have opted-out of allowing students to request a CR/NC grade. (List of courses that have opted-out of allowing students to request a CR/NC grade).
