WHAT IS DOGS UNITED?

Dogs United is a movement to encourage, increase, and acknowledge cross-cultural interaction on campus.  At the Annual Diversity Conference in 2013, almost 100 campus and community members came together and worked in small groups to share ideas on how we can increase our cross-cultural interactions on the Fresno State campus.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Individuals: Fresno State students, staff, faculty, and administrators.

Groups: Fresno State clubs, organizations, departments, and work units.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Attend multicultural, diversity or cultural events of groups other than your own that are organized by Fresno State faculty, staff, student clubs and organizations throughout the school year and report your experience.

All individuals and groups who participate will be acknowledged and awarded, based on their level of involvement, at a reception during the spring semester.
