Erica Ananian-Eastes

Job Developer, Workability IV Project

Erica Ananian joined the faculty of the Department of Counseling Special Education and Rehabilitation in June 2006. She is expecting to graduate with her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling in December 2006. Erica's other academic degree is her bachelors of Arts in Psychology, which she says is the foundation to helping people.

Erica works as a Job Developer for the Workability IV Project, where she assists students with disabilities in obtaining jobs in their academic major. She loves her job because she is able to help people accomplish their dream of being independent.

Erica's interests are fixing and building things, arts and crafts, fishing and soccer. Her parents have been the foundation to her motivation. Her parents are both self starters that inspire her. She tries to live life by this quote, "Live life without fear and Never stop believing that people are truly good". She believes we can change the face of human services with love.
