Department Chair Bio

Dr. Arun Nambiar was named the department chair in the fall of 2022 and has a broad backround teaching classes in project management, production data analytics, energy conversion and advanced manufacturing technology.

In recent years he has also taught courses in applied computer networking, applied visual programming, quality assurance, advanced manufacturing technology and systems, technical writing and research methodology,   

His research intersts include production planning and control, simulation, lean manufacturing, production scheduling, AR/VR, RFID and mass customization.
