Meet the Officers
Jim Razor, President
Jim grew up on a small farm in Exeter, CA and graduated from Exeter High in 1981.
He received a Plant Science degree from Fresno State in 1990 and began his career
with J.G. Boswell Company as an agronomist that same year. He worked as a District
Manager for over 20 years for the J.G. Boswell Company which gave him the opportunity
to oversee the production of 20,000 acres of Pima cotton, processing tomatoes and
safflower. Jim is currently serving as V.P. of Processing overseeing operations for
the Oil Mill, two cotton gins, two tomato plants, a seed processing facility and multiple
administrative departments. Jim also serves as a director for the boards of the California
Cotton Ginners and Growers Association, Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District and
the Corcoran Community Foundation.
Stanley Kjar, Jr., Vice President
Raised on a farm in Kingsburg, Stanley graduated from Fresno State in 1999 with a
bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business. He is currently a Senior Vice President
at Pearson Realty, with offices in Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield. Prior to Pearson,
he served as the Vice President and Operations Manager for Kings Equipment Company,
Inc., his family-owned farm equipment business. The family business was sold in late
2009, and shortly thereafter Stanley decided to obtain his real estate broker’s license
and join Pearson Realty. He specializes in the representation of buyers and sellers
of farm real estate and agri-business organizations. Stanley is a strong advocate
for agriculture in the San Joaquin Valley. He is a member of Class 45 of the California
Agricultural Leadership Program, and volunteers regularly at fundraising events for
the program.
Roger Isom, Treasurer
Roger graduated from Fresno State with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is president/CEO of the California Cotton Ginners and Growers Association as well as Western Agricultural Processors Association. He is the president of the Board of Directors of the Ag Energy Consumers Association, and past chairman of the Citizens Advisory Group of Industry and the Agricultural President’s Council. Roger is also a member of the Air and Waste Management Association, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.
Nick Biscay, Secretary
Nick graduated from Fresno State in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. He joined Stanislaus Farm Supply in May 2010 as Executive Vice President and became the president and CEO in March 2015. Nick followed Sam Bettencourt’s 37 years at the helm. He also oversees Biscay Vineyards, his family farming business located in California since 1917. Prior to Stanislaus Farm Supply, he was a division sales manager for John Deere. Nick is the board chairman of the Western Plan Health Association. He is passionate about people, leadership and business, especially agriculture.
Annie Stuhr, Past President
Annie graduated from Fresno State in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural
Business. Upon graduating, she began her career at Anderson Clayton in their crop
finance department and thus began her understanding and love of agriculture. She
went on to receive her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of
Phoenix in 2007. She currently works at Central Valley Community Bank as an Agri-Business
Relationship Officer. Her volunteer activities have included Common Threads, Valley
Small Business Development Corporation, Kerman Covenant Church, Rescue the Children
and Ag Lenders Society.
