Don graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1980 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an option in Accounting. After graduation, he began his career in accounting for a local firm where he worked for several years before he transitioning to agricultural accounting with Jess Telles in Firebaugh and then with Ultra Gro Plant Food company. In 2008, Don and three other partners purchased Ultra Gro upon the retirement of the previous owners.
Don has several years of experience serving on non-profit boards. In addition to his role as President for Ag One – Fresno State, Don has also served the Fresno community as a past-President of the Bullard High Boosters and Bullard Youth Football Program. Don and his wife have two grown sons and live in Fresno.
Ken graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business Management with a concentration in Finance. He began his banking career in 1988 as a loan officer followed by a senior relationship manager in 2000. He moved to Wells Fargo in 2004 as a business banking manager and was promoted to region area manager in 2007. He has been the business banking president for the central division since 2010. Ken currently serves on the board for the foundation of Central schools and the Workforce Investment Board of Fresno. He and his wife and their two children live in Fresno.
Bill was born and raised in Selma and currently resides on one of the first ranches his grandfather bought. He graduated from Fresno State in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. He was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity as a student. He is the owner of PureFresh Sales, a produce marketing company that handles a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables domestically and internationally
Annie graduated from Fresno State in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business. Upon graduating, she began her career at Anderson Clayton in their crop finance department and thus began her understanding and love of agriculture. She went on to receive her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2007. She was previously employed as a Senior Credit Analyst at Fresno Madera Farm Credit and was with them for nine years. Her volunteer activities have included Common Threads, Valley Small Business Development Corporation, Kerman Covenant Church, Rescue the Children and Ag Lenders Society.
John grew up in Merced on the family dairy. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Communications (Cum Laude) from California State University, Fresno in 2007, with an emphasis in Public Relations. He attended San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California, where he received his law degree in 2010. While in law school he worked as a law clerk for Michael J. F. Smith, on employment law matters. John was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2010 and became an associate in the Michael J.F. Smith APC law office. His expertise focuses on representing employers and employees in areas of wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour litigation, business disputes, class actions, PAGA representative actions, breach of contract, as well as having trial and appellate experience.
In addition to John’s role as Immediate Past President of Ag One – Fresno State, supporting the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, he is currently a member of Fresno County Young Farmers and Ranchers, the Merced Italo-American Lodge, the Fresno County Bar Association, and State Bar of California.
