Instructions

To add funds to your student ID card, please visit the following:

Manage Your Account / Deposit Funds to your Card Online

Please Note:  There is a $5 minimum to add funds online. 

 

• There is a $5 minimum deposit on all Credit Card transactions, at any PHIL stations. This does not include any additional funds charged to you by your Credit Card Company or Banking Institution.
• Follow on screen instructions at a PHIL Station* machine on the Fresno State Location Map.

*PHIL Stations are marked by GREEN balloons.
