Discrepancies Between Students and Rosters

If a student is not on the roster, or the grades available for the student are not acceptable, send an e-mail from your Fresno State faculty account to rosterdiscrepancy@csufresno.edu with the following information:

  1. Course name and number (e.g. ENGL 161)
  2. Class Number (Schedule Number)
  3. Student's full name
  4. Student ID number (PeopleSoft ID)
  5. Final grade earned
  6. Type of discrepancy (such as the student not on the roster or grade for student not available)

An associate of the Records Office will evaluate the request, and act accordingly.
