Academic Support

There are many support programs available across campus and within the College of Science and Mathematics that provide academic and, in some cases, financial support. These programs include tutoring services, supplemental instruction, skills workshops, Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP), and Louis Stokes Alliance Minority Program (LSAMP) all of which are designed to enhance the achievement of all students. Whatever the need may be, the College of Science and Mathematics has a variety of academic programs for all students. We want you to know that there is a program that will meet your specific needs including, in some cases financial needs. The Advising and Resources Center (ARC) strongly encourages all students to use the many free resources that are available to you, especially since these services are all “FREE.” If you need assistance in finding services that will meet your needs, please see one of our friendly ARC advisors.

Services mentioned above can be found on the left bar navigation button under “Advising Support” (left side of the page).
