Program Facts

Aren't all Sport Psychology programs the same?

No. The graduate program at Fresno State is the premier program on the west coast (read what former students say about our program). We teach our students a lot of things about sport, but our real job is to prepare students for the rest of their lives.

Not only are we an exceptional graduate program; we're one of the most affordable programs in the United States. So if you're looking for a Sport Psychology program that will help you reach your career goals, you've found it.

How long does your Sport Psychology program take?

Our program consists of 30 credit units. Unlike 1 year programs designed to rush you through as quickly as possible, in our Sport Psychology program, you receive 24 months of intensive training.

What are the program requirements?

We take into consideration each applicant's entire background. For example, some of the things we consider are: undergraduate major & degree, GPA, GRE or MAT scores, letters of recommendation, and experience.

How much does your Sport Psychology program cost?

Our program is an exceptional value. Not only is the quality of our program second to none, we're one of the most affordable programs in the United States.

See our links on tuition cost, financial aid, and assistantships for more information.
