Office Supply Contract Transition from OfficeMax to Staples

To Campus Community,

Our OfficeMax contract will terminate on Monday, October 5, 2015. By October 5, 2015 all CSU's will be transitioning from OfficeMax to Staples for office supply needs. The last day to place OfficeMax orders will be Friday, October 2, 2015, when all OfficeMax accounts will be closed.

Those that have a current Fresno State OfficeMax account for campus ordering are being sent an email for self-registration for a Staples account for ordering office supplies from Staples. All emails for the Staples self-registration should be sent out no later than Monday, September 28th. It is important for all those receiving the email for self-registration to complete the registration process promptly to ensure a smooth transition from OfficeMax to Staples. All current OfficeMax users that self-register for the Staples account in a timely manner will be able to start placing orders with Staples by Monday, October 5th.

We would appreciate prompt feedback, as we all know there may be some bumps in the road at first but be assured we will do our best to make sure this is a smooth transition.
