TWO FORMS OF RESISTANCE BAND TRAINING – DESK EXERCISE AND WHOLE BODY
with Rose Scott, Certified Health and Wellness Coach & Personal Trainer, ACSM

RESISTANCE BAND DESK EXERCISE

Wednesday classes will focus on exercises and stretches that can be done at your desk. Fix those tense shoulders and tired arm muscles. Move your body – increase your energy!
Resistance band exercises you can do at your desk. Reduce the effects of too much time at the computer or pick up a few moves that will energize you through the day.
