“Water Availability and Sustainability in California’s Central Valley”

This year’s Keith Todd Distinguished Lecturer, USGS’s Dr. Claudia Faunt, her talk will address past, current, and future strains on California’s groundwater system and how tools like the USGS Central Valley Hydrologic Model are necessary for Groundwater Sustainability Agencies to better plan, measure, monitor, and manage groundwaters in order to for successful implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
