Dear Campus Community,
The Spring 2017 Enology-Viticulture Seminar Series is pleased to announce that Brandy Andes, Winemaker at Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi, will be our guest speaker on Wednesday, February 22 at 5:00 pm in the Enology Building on campus.
Brandy has 17 years in the wine industry and started her career as a lab technician at Napa Valley's historic Charles Krug Winery. She later honed her grape growing and winemaking skills as a lab manager at Kendall Jackson's Monterey County production facilities. Her duties at both wineries expanded beyond enology and she gained hands-on experience in all aspects of winemaking from the vine to the bottle. Before joining the Woodbridge team she also crafted wines for the Primal Roots brand. Brandy is a California native and graduated from Sonoma State.
The Department of Viticulture and Enology Seminar Series is held every Wednesday during the spring semester from 5 pm to 6 pm in the Enology Building classroom #102 and is open to the campus community.
