A man on Fresno State's campus wasn't hitting the books. Instead, police say, he was hitting on a girl and overstepping his bounds. Fidel Tafoya, 48, was arrested near the Henry Madden Library on Sunday. He's a registered sex offender, and police say he inappropriately touched a woman in the library.
