There's shock and relief on the campus of Fresno State, after students learn about a campus battery a couple days after it happened.Police arrested 48-year-old Fidel Tafoya Sunday Evening.He's a registered sex offender, listed on the Megan's law website.

Nielsen, R-Gerber, received the award during an agribusiness conference last week at the university.
