Prop. 30 is wrong

(Fresno Bee © 10/20/2012)
FYI - For the California voters to pass this measure would be a sin of commission -- similar to giving an alcoholic another bottle of moonshine. The California Legislature has yet to come to terms with its bad habit of buying votes by spewing our money onto meaningless rules, regulations and laws that favor only the minuscule few that stuff their re-election collection bags.

Supports Prop. 38
(Fresno Bee © 10/20/2012)
FYI - I am sorry to see The Bee urging voters (less than enthusiastically it seems) to support Proposition 30.Voters have a clear choice on how to help the schools. Proposition 38 raises taxes, but all the money goes to fund education while allowing none of it go to the politicians in Sacramento to squander like they do the rest of our tax dollars.
