The high school competition will be made up of athletes from New Orleans, Reno, San Diego, Los Angeles, Hanford and Clovis. The elite competition will feature 2010 NCAA champion Jordan Scott (Kansas) and Notre Dame's Mary Saxer. But now, at least 52 community colleges in California and a handful of universities are providing a third option- the debit card, through contracts with Higher One.
