May 11 - Lyles College of Engineering's Annual Projects Day

Fresno State’s Lyles College of Engineering will host its Ninth Annual Projects Day featuring more than 100 engineering and construction management projects between 2 and 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 11.
President Joseph I. Castro will speak at 3 p.m.


The free event is open to the public and will be held in the Satellite Student Union.

Undergraduate and graduate students from civil, computer, electrical, geomatics, mechanical engineering and construction management programs will present their capstone, research, and internship projects.

Innovative projects and concepts in the areas of food and child safety, unmanned aerial systems, wireless technologies, water treatment, sustainability and several that are designed to address the needs of persons with medical conditions and disabilities will be on display.

Also on-hand will be a GPS system, ball balancing robot, AutoTee TM Automatic Golf Ball Dispenser and Fresno State’s Tiny House Project [currently under construction] will be parked outside of the Satellite Student Union for viewing.
