Once you arrive on campus:

If the screen on the dispenser is black, press any button to wake it up.
1. If it is asking for payment, just click cancel.
2. It will then ask you - do you have a parking coupon code?
3. Press 1 for yes.
4. Then enter the code: 311603 and it will dispense a pass that needs to be visible on your dashboard when your car is parked.
