Submission of Foundation Transactions – Holiday Schedule

Dear Campus Community:

In order to ensure that we can properly assist you with the processing of any Foundation transactions prior to the upcoming holiday break, please refer to the following schedule:
• Payment authorizations for stipends must be received by Friday, December 7.
• All Purchase Order requests and Payment Authorizations must be received by Friday, December 14 for processing by December 20. If checks or purchase orders are marked for Pick Up from the Foundation, they will be ready on Thursday, December 20 after 1 p.m. Any checks that have not been picked up by Friday December 21 will be mailed.
• All transactions received by the Foundation after 5:00 p.m. on December 14 will not be processed until after January 2, 2013.
