Correction to "New Campus Copier Contract with Ray Morgan

As you may be aware, the Ray Morgan Company has been awarded our new copier
contract effective July 1, 2016.

The first phase of this transition is for Connie Quadros, our account rep,
to visit each site that has an existing Ray Morgan copier. She will inquiry
on the department needs, provide historical information, and give direction
on the future equipment availability. Please expect her visit over the next
three weeks as she makes her way across the campus.

A cost sheet with recommendations will be left with each Department for
your consideration and sign off. This form will need to be signed off by
the Department Dean/Director, and returned to Connie via scan or fax. Email: or FAX: 5307811021

The second phase will consist of Procurement sign off and Ray Morgan
ordering the equipment. Your machine will be replaced after the July 1
date, and in sequence by approval and machine availability. When the
equipment is ready for delivery, each department will receive a calendar
invite 3 days prior with instructions on how to prepare. Your IT liaison
will be engaged by Connie and they will be a part of the installation and
