The mobility experience is part of teaching, learning, research, and administrative functions.

With the landscape of mobile devices rapidly changing, delivering convenience, security, and support is challenging. As a continuation of the mobile device self-help resource effort for students, faculty, and staff of Fresno State, the Technology Services Help Center is hosting a section of support pages relating to mobile devices, including IOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad), Android (2.x, 4.x) and Windows Phone/RT devices. Generalized instructions are also available for Blackberry, Symbian, etc.

The self-help resources offer students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to configure personal or university owned mobile devices through screenshot-based instructions. A section on best practices and security recommendations for mobile devices is also available.

Technology Services continues to strive to provide support for mobile devices in use in the campus community. The self-help resource site provides a central resource for all of your mobile device questions and needs.

To get started, select the appropriate mobile devices user category (Faculty & Staff, or Students) from the "Mobile Devices" sub-menu.
