Grad Box FAQ's

Can someone else pick up my Grad Box for me?

Yes, that person must provide us with your student ID. We will ask for their name and phone number, and record it as verification for the pick up.

How do I pick up my box if I do not have a car?

You can ask a friend to pick it up for you. That person must provide us with your student ID. We will ask for their name and phone number, and record it as verification for the pick up.

If you are unable to pick up your box during the pick-up time frame, we will provide email communication.

Can I have my Grad Box mailed to me?

Unfortunately, this is not feasible at this point in time. As of this Friday, all non-essential staff will be working remotely until May 22, 2020. This inhibits our ability to manage all of the logistics associated with processing a custom order package.

If you are unable to pick up your box during the pick-up time frame, we will provide email communication.

Are there still Grad Boxes available for purchase?

There may be Grad Boxes available for purchase at a future date and time. 

I want a full refund

If you want a full refund, we will provide an email communication in the coming days with instructions. Do not pick up your Grad Box.
