Orchard Unit

The 190 acres of campus orchards help keep the Gibson Farm Market well stocked with 12 varieties of oranges, tangerines, grapefruit and lemons, as well as almond, pistachio, peaches, nectarines and pomegranates.

Three blends of olive oil are produced from three campus-grown olive varieties.

Other orchard acreage also includes eight varieties of almonds (100 acres), Kerman pistachios (25 acres), and a variety block of other Central Valley orchard commodities.
