Parking at Events

Save Mart Center Events

Our focus is to ensure students, faculty, and staff have parking spaces during Save Mart Center events on school nights, as well as to mitigate traffic congestion.

Parking is available in the North Lot, the parking fee is normally $15.00 or $5.00, depending on the type of event.

Please note:
  1. Traffic on Woodrow and Chestnut Avenues will be restricted and possibly shut down to university traffic (students, employees, and non-SMC university visitors).
  2. To enter or exit the east campus parking lots (P1 , P2, P4, P5, and P6) use Maple Ave off of Shaw Ave, or Maple Ave from Barstow Ave.
  3. Employees and students may purchase the $5.00 daily permit from the Parking Office.

Staff, faculty, and students who have a valid campus parking permit, may park in the campus parking lots with their parking pass. Please remember, these permits are not valid for the North Parking Lot during an event.

Football Parking

All campus lots are utilized for parking during football games.

Season Ticket Holders who have Purchased a Parking Pass in Advance may park in their designated lot.

Single game parking may purchased in Campus Parking Lots P1, P2, P4, P5, P6, P30, P31.  The fee on game days is $10.00. Students and staff/faculty permits are valid in campus lots that are not reserved for the event.
