Poster Presentation Guidelines & Resources

Standard Poster Size: 36'' x 48''

Where to Print: Please discuss printing options with your faculty mentor. If you are still in need of assistance, please reach out to Printing Services at 278.7527

Poster Stands: We do not provide poster stands for presenters. You can purchase a standard cardboard poster stand at Allards Art Supply, Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics.  Foam core also works well for poster presentation displays.  Printing Services does offer the option of printing your poster on foam core with a stand attached.

Time and Location of Presentation:  Notification of acceptance will specify the location and time of your presentation.  Please note that poster sessions are run in cohorts of 25+ posters.
