The Central California Research Symposium (CCRS) will be held in the Library on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Checking In: Please check-in and obtain your name badge and event program at the check-in tables located on the first and second floors of the Library.

Refreshments Provided: Breakfast, Lunch and evening refreshments will be served

WHAT TO BRING

ORAL PRESENTATIONS: Please remember to load your powerpoint presentations to Box by Friday, April 3, 2020. The link can be found here: http://bit.ly/BOXUPLOAD

POSTER PRESENTATIONS: All poster presentations MUST be submitted on trifold poster boards. We do NOT provide display boards for your presentation. Trifold poster boards may be purchased at local art supply stores including Allard’s Art and Office, Michael’s Arts and Crafts and Aaron Brothers Art and Framing. Please also bring binding clips, tape, pins, etc. to fasten your poster to the board!

Parking:

Please note that parking is enforced the day of the event. Please see campus map (HERE) to identify student/ visitor parking (Green Permit).

If you are a visitor, kiosks are available to purchase a daily parking permit.

If you are a presenter please contact our office no later than April 10th, 2020 if this is an accommodation that you will need.
