The Academic Technology Resource Center provides customer support to all Fresno State faculty, staff, and students in their use of Canvas and other technology.
Join our Zoom Room through the link below to get assistance by the Academic Technology Resource Center (ATRC) Student Assistants and the Instructional Designers (IDs).
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Students can receive help with uploading assignments, setting up the Canvas Student app, and general troubleshooting.
Instructors can get assistance with uploading documents, formatting test questions to upload to Canvas, creating accessible documents, uploading audio or video to Panopto, copying courses, setting up Canvas Grades, etc. Fill out a WORK ORDER FORM, and we will get started!
