The Academic Technology Resource Center provides customer support to all Fresno State faculty, staff, and students in their use of Canvas and other technology. In the event of a campus closure, these resources will still be available remotely.
Instructors can get assistance with: scanning documents, uploading documents, formatting test questions to upload to their Learning Management System, creating accessible documents, uploading audio or video to the streaming server, copying courses, setting up Canvas Grades, etc. Fill out the correct form.
Students are welcome to email the Resource Center for if they need assistance uploading assignments, setting up the Canvas Student app, and general troubleshooting.
Contact the Service Desk if you are experiencing problems after regular business hours. (Please note: There is limited support after hours as Canvas admin tools are not handled by the Service Desk)
