RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) System is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women, which begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. Although RAD uses martial arts techniques, it is not a martial arts program.
RAD Course Details:
- 12 Hour Basic Physical Defense class
- Offered as a Credit/no Credit Course Through CSUF
- Open to the General Public
- Participants Must be At Least 12 Years Old
- Small $15 Materials Fee
- No prior experience necessary
- Enrollment limited to women
