What is Vintage Days?
Vintage Days is Fresno State's largest student-planned celebration which attracts over 50,000 community members to campus for three days of entertainment, excitement and fun for all ages! The annual festival started in 1975 and combines social, cultural, and recreational activities into an action-packed weekend.
When does Vintage Days take place?
Vintage Days typically takes place the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the 3rd week in April (i.e. April 20–22, 2018; April 26–28, 2019; April 17–19, 2020).
I am a Fresno State student, how can I help plan Vintage Days?
Applications to join our team open in February at www.fresnostate.edu/leaveyourmark and are due in March. (Applications to plan Vintage Days 2019 were due March 1, 2018; applications for Vintage Days 2020 will open in February 2019.) Students who missed the deadline are encouraged to email VDDirector@mail.fresnostate.edu to express their interest!

Vintage Days is an entirely student-planned event that is sponsored by our community partners!
Who is invited to attend Vintage Days?
Vintage Days is open to the public and people of all ages are welcome to attend.
How much is parking?
Campus parking (fees) are not enforced during Vintage Days!
How much does admission cost?
Vintage Days is admission free!
How can I volunteer at Vintage Days?
Fresno State students can sign up to volunteer by contacting our Volunteer Coordinator at VDVolunteers@mail.fresnostate.edu; assistance is needed throughout the weekend in Operations, Kid's Zone, Concerts, and more!
If I am a student organization, how can I fundraise at Vintage Days?
Recognized student clubs or organizations can apply to run a food or game booth during the weekend at Vintage Days. Applications are typically due the 3rd week of February to Student Involvement, and in the 1st week of March a lottery/raffle will occur to see who will get a booth, and what they will be allowed to sell. We also have a paid Work Crew that recognized clubs and organizations can sign up for. The Work Crew helps with traffic operations, 3-Compartment sinks, and more. This application typically opens early February and shifts are announced early March.
Who hosts the food booths for this event?
The majority of food booths at Vintage Days are allocated to recognized student organizations on campus which provides important fundraising opportunities to these groups. Third-party vendor booths also provide different foods to give variety to Vintage Days as a whole.

Are pets allowed at Vintage Days?
No animals (except service animals with vests) are allowed on campus during Vintage Days.
Where are the designated smoking areas on campus?
Fresno State and Vintage Days are 100% smoke and tobacco-free.
How do I become a third party food vendor?
Vintage Days hosts a variety of third-party businesses and organizations who wish
to host activities and gain exposure at our annual festival that attracts over 50,000

How do I become a Crafts Faire Vendor?
Crafts Faire applications are typically due at the end of January for that year's Vintage Days. You must mail in the application and the non refundable application fee by the due date, you will get confirmation 4-6 weeks after the due date if you are approved to be a Craft Fair Vendor. Anyone who wants to sell DIY crafts can apply. For more information, visit www.fresnostate.edu/craftsfaire.
What is the price for the Kid's Zone at Vintage Days?
Entrance into Kid's Zone is free, but in order to participate in the attractions in Kid's Zone, each kid will need a wristband that costs $5 for unlimited use of the attractions in Kid's Zone. Attractions vary by year but include playing on the inflatables, virtual reality trucks, and more.
What are the special events taking place at Vintage Days this year?
College Night: Glow Party will be on Friday April 20 from 8:00 p.m.to 10:30 p.m. This dance is restricted only to Fresno State College Students. The dance will be located on the lawn on the North side of the Lab School. Look for the barricades and signage all over campus to find the spot. We will be swiping ID cards so you may only enter if you have your student ID. Glow in the Dark College Night will be featuring DJ Kay Rich, a Special Guest Performance, and some amazing free glow in the dark items, must arrive early before they run out! Students will have the opportunity to meet and take some pictures with our special guest. As a reminder, no bags will be allowed at this event.
Coco: Outdoor Movie Showing will be showing on Saturday, April 21 at 7:00 PM-10:30 PM. This event is free for the whole community. We will be showing Disney Pixar's Oscar Winning Film, Coco as we tie in the movie for the Around the World Vintage Days theme. The event will be located on the lawn in front of the Satellite Student Union, look for the movie screen and signage on the day of. As Coco represents "El Dia de Los Muertos" we will be having 2 musical live performances from our very own Fresno State Mariachi Band and a young, talented, upcoming solo acoustic artist, Saúl Ramirez starting at 7:00 PM-8:00 PM. We also have the pleasure of having our Fresno State Cross Cultural Gender Center engage with us as and teach us all about Dia de los muertos. Feel free to bring your own snacks, lawn chairs, and blankets. Come out with your family and friends and enjoy an amazing event!
As we end vintage days, we will be putting on our Vintage Days Car Show on Sunday, April 22nd at 10:00 AM- 2:00PM. Going along with the theme, the community is encouraged to sign up and bring in their super nice car projects that go along with the international "Around the World" theme. Pre-registration is $30 and Day Of Show is $35; both non-refundable. All participants will receive some great including a customized t-shirt and they will have the chance to win a special trophy based off of our choice awards. Registration will only be limited to the first 100 cars that register. For more information on how to enter, please refer to our website. The show will be featuring Timeout our mascot, some special guests, and great cars. The event is free along with Vintage Days!
