TCIf you are a person who wishes to have an all-encompassing education, then the College of Arts & Humanities is meant for you. As a student in the College of Arts and Humanities you will gain knowledge in communication skills, abstract learning, solving problems through reasoning, logic and deduction, open debating and the study of the historical and cultural contexts of these aspects. You will also be afforded an opportunity to enrich your historical, cultural and personal perspective and acquire more discipline, depth and technical strength in your own work.

The College includes the departments of Art and Design, Communication, English, Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures, Linguistics, Mass Communication and Journalism, Music, Philosophy, and Theatre Arts and Dance. Armenian Studies, Classical Studies and Interdisciplinary Humanities are integral programs of the College. In addition we offer unique programs to such as: Summer Arts, College Honors Program, and the London Semester.

Other special programs supported by the College of Arts and Humanities include, the American English Institute, the newly-created Middle East Studies Project, the Peach Blossom Festival of Oral Interpretation, and Theatre for Young Audiences.

All of our programs are designed to engage students, faculty and the community in collaboration, dialog and discovery.

The College of Arts and Humanities offers you a wide-ranging education that gives you perspectives on history, art and culture, social systems, communications and among others. Earning a degree in Arts and Humanities provides you with a very enriching experience which can never be taken from you. The skills and discipline earned in the College of Arts and Humanities will prepare you to work in any field while also providing an easy transition should you decide to pursue more advanced degrees in alternate fields of study.
