The first day to apply for fall 2013 is October 1, 2012. The deadline to submit an application for fall 2013 is November 30, 2012. No late applications will be accepted.

Tips for Applying

  1. Go to www.csumentor.edu
  2. Create an account. Be sure to use a valid e-mail in case you need to retrieve your password
  3. Click on "Apply Online"
  4. Select "Undergraduate Admission Applications"
  5. Select "Fall 2013"
  6. Read the instruction and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Start Application"
  7. Be sure to save your application frequently to avoid losing any of the information you have entered
  8. Review your application thoroughly before submitting it. Once submitted, you will not be able to make changes to the application via www.csumentor.edu
  9. Pay the $55.00 application fee if you do not qualify for a fee waiver. An application without fee will not be processed (VISA cards are not accepted)
  10. It is recommended to print out a hard copy of your application for your record
  11. Print a copy of your application confirmation number for your own record
