Supplemental Instruction Staff

Mai Kou Vang Supplemental Instruction Coordinator Mai Kou Vang earned her B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fresno in the spring of 2010. She worked as an Outreach Assistant for the Intensive Learning Experience (ILE) Program and later as a SupportNet Graduate Adviser. Mai Kou became a part of the Learning Center's professional staff in 2011. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling and Student Services: Higher Education in Fall of 2012.  She enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends, and volunteering in the community.

Tiffany Ketcherside Supplemental Instruction Intern I am currently a fourth year Psychology student. After I graduate with my bachelors I hope to join the School Psychology masters program at Fresno State. I enjoy singing, working out, and any adventures I can find.
