Personal Growth Groups

Sometimes it helps to have the support of others who share similar concerns. This is where personal growth groups come in. All of our groups provide a safe and confidential place to explore issues.

*Professional staff run all personal growth groups.

To enroll, stop by Area E during walk-in hours. A counselor will speak with you and redirect you to an appropriate group.
