Personal Growth Groups
Sometimes it helps to have the support of other people who share similar concerns. The groups listed below are facilitated by professional staff and provide an opportunity to explore personal experiences with others. Together, you may find solutions to the challenges that life brings. Empower yourself: put your mind in charge of your moods. Learn how to practice mindfulness, communicate effectively, and develop strategies for getting through difficult emotions.

2:00 p.m. Strategies for Academic Success

Get help with time management and organizational skills. Learn more about attention deficit problems, learning disabilities and symptoms of depression.
Outreach
Psychological Services offers outreach to the campus community. Currently, we are partnering with the Women’s Resource Center and United Student Pride to serve students outside of our Student Health Center.

12:00 p.m. Stress Busters at the Thomas Building Gallery Conference Room (an activity in partnership with the Women's Resource Center )
