Health and nutrition is a popular topic for discussion. What foods are good? What diet is best? What should I stay away from?  How can you separate fact from fiction? In this free workshop we will explore the top nutrition myths and also discuss how to find good health information.  At the end of the presentation workshop participants will have a chance to ask the Dietitian nutrition questions.
