Faculty and Staff

Research suggests that faculty/student interaction is one of the major factors that contribute to student persistence and development during college (Pascarella & Terenzini, 2005). Similarly, research shows that student engagement on campus, whether through on-campus employment or involvement in extra-curricular activities, also predicts student success and satisfaction with the university (Pascarella & Terenzini). With that said, we know that our students respect and value the opinions of Fresno State faculty and staff.
