Campus Visibility

Fresno State is considered a "commuter campus" meaning many of the students do not live near campus and may not spend a great deal of time on campus besides to attend classes.  In addition, the average student works two jobs and has a variety of obligations outside of their academic pursuits.  The rigorous schedules of our students makes for hard working and dedicated future employees, but it is sometimes difficult to catch their attention!

As an employer, it is beneficial to use a variety of media to get in touch with faculty, students, alumni, and the campus community as a whole. The following links will show various avenues through which you can get the word out about your organization.

We refer all students looking for jobs to our job search database, HireFresnoState. Through this site, you can register for upcoming Career Fairs, register for on-campus recruiting, or simply post an opportunity on the job board.

Career Fairs

You can become a sponsor at one of our Career Fairs.  This will place you in a prime location to grab student attention at the event as well as place your logo on the event homepage.  For more information about upcoming fairs, click on the above link.

Career Development Center's Home Page

Providing a sponsorship to Career Development Center will help the Career Counselors have your organization in the forefront of their minds.  Also, sponsorships could place your company logo in the rolling link on the home page of Career Development Center for all students, alumni, faculty, and staff to see when they visit our page. You can see the current rolling employer logos by clicking on the link above.

The Collegian (Student Newspaper)

For information on advertising in the printed or online version of the student newspaper on campus, click on the above link.
