Welcome to Veterans Services for California State University, Fresno! We have developed our Web site in an effort to facilitate your understanding of the process required to use your veterans' educational benefits. The key to using veterans' benefits at Fresno State is communicating with Veterans Services.   • Undergraduate Admissions 
    • Transfer Credit Policy: General elective credit toward a baccalaureate degree will be determined upon receipt of a DD 214. Additional baccalaureate credit for formal courses will be considered per recommendations found in the American Council on Education's (ACE) Guide to the Evaluation of Educational Experiences in the Armed Services. Student needs to submit a DD 214 (and Joint Service Transcripts if applicable) to Admissions & Records for official review.
  • Graduate Admissions

There are several categories for veterans referred to as 'chapters'. Each chapter has different eligibility requirements and benefits, so it is important to know the chapter you are eligible for. Click here for more Chapter Information.
