Where can students receive advising assistance if they have not yet declared a major?
The Office of Advising Services, Joyal Administration Building, Room 224, 278-1787, advises students with "Undeclared" majors.  Academic counselors meet with students to review degree requirements, assist with academic planning, and explore possible career interests. 

What is "University 1"?
University 1 is a three-unit course designed to guide students through the academic process and to help ensure their success. The course is offered each semester to familiarize students with campus resources and assist students in assessing their values, goals, and career interests.
