Student Leadership Council
The College of Social Sciences Student Leadership Council is a forum for the Dean, faculty, staff, and students to work together for the advancement of the college, through leadership training and event planning. The council is comprised of students from each of the departments within the college and includes the Associated Students Inc, (ASI) Senator for the college. The elected representatives discuss potential projects that will benefit the college, students, and organizations. The council plays an essential role in facilitating the communication between students and ASI with the purpose of improving students’ experience. Ultimately, its purpose is to provide a diverse and balanced representation of the college among the Dean, student senator, and all the departments in the College of Social Sciences.
