Community and Regional Planning Center
About the Center
Established in 2012, the Community and Regional Planning Center (CRPC) is designed to serve the San Joaquin Valley as a clearinghouse for planning-related knowledge. Through Fresno State faculty, students, and partners, CRPC:
Develops and delivers technical assistance to cities and towns, addressing issues such as affordable housing, smart growth and land use planning, economic development, community engagement, and sustainability.
Supports planning-related knowledge sharing and innovation through disseminating best practices.
Encourages peer learning, data analysis and research, and incubating and testing new ideas for sustainable development and resource conservation in the San Joaquin Valley.
