Biographical Sketch
Dr. Yoshiko Takahashi began her career at Fresno State in the
fall of 2008. Previously, she was a management analyst at the
Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office where she conducted
jail-related studies. She has an M.S. in Criminal Justice and a
Ph.D. in Public Policy with a Justice Concentration from the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Her research interests are jail inmates, comparative studies
of criminal justice, and recovery of victims.
