Fall 2011 Graduation: Online Degree Application for Baccalaureate Degree

Seniors intending to graduate at the end of Fall 2011 semester must apply for their undergraduate degree. The Application for Baccalaureate Degree is available online through the Student's Center.

Click on the link below for information about the online process. http://www.csufresno.edu/studentaffairs/programs/are/Fall2011_Grad-ImpNotice.pdf

The online Undergraduate Degree Checkout Process allows you to print a senior DARS report that shows remaining degree requirements. You can also enter your diploma name and review other information such as major and catalog year.

The online degree application system allows you to pay the graduation fee without visiting the Cashier's Office!

The undergraduate application period for Fall 2011 graduation is Monday, August 22, 2011 through Friday, September 2, 2011.

Graduation applications are reviewed throughout the semester. You will receive a letter during the semester informing you about your graduation status.

In order to make sure that you have done everything you can to ensure your expected graduation, you should print out a copy of your DARS (Degree Audit Report System) report from your MyFresnoState Account. For info on how to find the report, click here.

For information on how to understand your DARS report, click here.

Look out for any minus signs that appear on this report as they indicate deficiencies in your coursework needed to graduate. The top of your DARS report should say something like “all requirements met with coursework in-progress.”

You should also plan to meet with Student Success Services in Joyal 224 and with your major advisor to ensure all GE and major requirements are met.
