Each essay section includes:

• Right-column links to Criteria for Review (CFR) and Strategic Plan Goals (SPG)—addressed by the adjacent essay text.
• Exemplar links within the text that represent ideal or typical models or examples.
• Evidentiary resource links within the text represent data resources that support the conclusions reached in the essays.
• Links to Appendix evidentiary essays and graphs that support the analytical essay sections.
• Left-hand links to other Preparatory Review sections and Appendixes. An appendix may link to another area of the Web site.

Ways to Read the Electronic (online) Version

• Begin with the first Preparatory Review section. Proceed through the essay sections and appendixes using the navigation tools.
• Go to the Standards and Criteria for Review (CFRs). Links to relevant Preparatory Review sections appear to the right of each CFR.
• Go to the Strategic Planning Goals (SPGs). Links to relevant Preparatory Review sections appear to the right of each SPG.
