1st Place: The Learning Center
2nd Place: The Bulldog Foundation
3rd Place: Student Services Center (includes University Registrar, Financial Aid and Admissions)
Door/Cubicle Decorating:
1st Place: Pakou Thao, Communicative Sciences and Deaf Studies
2nd Place: MyChue Vang, Counselor Education and Liberal Studies
3rd Place: Cynthia Hanks, Accounting Services
